Should I remember who you are?

The idea of Taoism is to exist within nature based on natural principles. Rather than fighting with your environment, you should flow with the very elements that appear chaotic. Do not struggle against the current of a raging river: allow it to carry you along its course until you reach whatever destination is intended for you.

There's no need for you to give up, Lovey. You just need to keep on going with the flow and have faith. I know you have the latter down pat. ox

OOH! This is even BETTER, and it's delivered straight from "Daily Buddhist Wisdom"!

"Just detach from all sound and form, but do not dwell in detachment, and do not dwell in detachment, and do not dwell in intellectual interpretation-this is practice.

"As for reading scriptures and studying the doctrines, according to worldly conventions it is a good thing, but from the perspective of one who is aware of inner truth, it chokes people. Even those in the tenth stage cannot escape completely; they flow into the river of birth and death."

-Pai-chang

I'm all, deep.
